Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity (CI/CD) - Claude Code

The Developer Productivity team owns the path from pull request to production, integrating CI, merge queue, and deploy pipeline into a single fast system. The role focuses on reducing 'time from push to healthy in production', building AI-assisted code review, shaping CI topology, and partnering with platform, security, and other teams. This is a tech-lead-scope IC role with broad cross-team influence.

Requires significant backend or developer-infrastructure engineering experience with CI/CD pipelines, proficiency in Python and a statically-typed language (Go/Rust), experience operating CI/CD systems through incidents, ability to work across teams, comfort using AI coding tools, and 7+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent required.
