Sr. Software Engineer - Source Control And Governance

CoreWeave seeks a software engineer to join the Source Control and Governance team within Developer Experience. The role involves designing tooling and automation for compliance and audit readiness across SOC 2, SOX, ISO 27001. The engineer writes policy-as-code, builds compliance pipelines, integrates security scanning into CI/CD, and automates evidence collection. This high-impact, collaborative work supports enterprise customers and evolving regulatory requirements.

7+ years of software engineering experience. Demonstrated mastery of Go or Python, including concurrency primitives, memory management, and performance optimization at scale. Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Buildkite. Familiarity with Linux systems and networking fundamentals. Self-directed working style with ability to take ownership of workstreams on a small collaborative team.
