Senior Software Engineer, Developer Platform

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Platform team. This team builds the 'Factory' that powers Chainguard Engineering. The role involves improving CI/CD, productionizing Agentic AI platform, consolidating build systems, and partnering with engineers to automate toil. The team owns internal platform end-to-end including CI/CD, Agentic AI platform (DriftlessAF), shared build infrastructure, and change validation.

4+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in modern cloud environments. Proficiency with Go (Golang). Experience with CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and tooling to scale a large monorepo. Strong AI-forward mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Genuine fit with high-paced, 'ship it' culture.
