Senior Software Engineer, AI CICD

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, fast-moving team building next-generation products at the intersection of security and AI. The role involves owning features end-to-end, navigating ambiguous problems, contributing to a product-driven roadmap, and extending Chainguard's agentic AI foundation into customer-facing experiences. The successful candidate will work on new products including the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, and Chainguard Agent Skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5+ years of software development, expertise with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, proficiency in Go (Golang) or strong readiness to ramp quickly, experience with AI tooling and genuine enthusiasm for applying it, strong communication skills, proficiency in English, ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
