Software Engineer (Platform Team)

The Platform Team builds secure, scalable AI gateways and proxy systems for SpaceX engineers. You will design platforms that convert engineering know-how into tested software, automation, and reliable data stores, and create risk-mitigation tools like intelligent code review. Own full lifecycle, drive adoption, collaborate with stakeholders, onboard models, expand compute, and optimize proxy efficiency. Focus on lean, effective, applied AI to accelerate SpaceX production.

Basic: Bachelor's in CS/CE or 2+ years of professional experience building production software. Preferred: Experience with internal developer platforms, AI gateways, secure proxy systems, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, MLOps, compute orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, observability, AI risk mitigation, developer productivity tools. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to enable others.
