Sr. Hardware / Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Hardware/Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer for the Starlink program, which provides broadband internet via the world's largest satellite constellation. The engineer will design, operate, and scale infrastructure for the constellation and network, develop automation for on-premise compute, manage databases and distributed storage, and collaborate with software engineers to create scalable products. This role is critical to maximizing Starlink's global impact.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering plus 5 years of professional experience in SRE/DevOps (or 7+ years without degree). Must have 2+ years Linux, experience with Terraform/Ansible, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Bash/Python scripting, and development in Python, Go, C++, or C. Preferred: 3+ years Python and knowledge of OS, virtualization, networking, CI/CD.
