3+ years professional software engineering experience with backend focus. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, Go. Experience building services and APIs, relational databases and SQL. Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent. Preferred: distributed systems, A/B testing, insurance/fintech experience, multi-region platforms, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication.
