Join Motional as a Staff Software Engineer in Las Vegas to lead development of operational tools for autonomous vehicle fleet management. You will build frontend and backend services, act as primary engineering presence at the AV operation center, mentor junior engineers, and bridge the gap between operations and global engineering teams. Shape the tooling roadmap and design feedback loops to improve fleet efficiency.

Requirements

8+ years software engineering experience with distributed systems. Strong product mindset, experience supporting production systems, stakeholder management. Proficiency in Golang and Python, cloud services with SQL and NoSQL databases. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent. Bonus: AWS, Docker, Terraform, OLAP databases, AV/Robotics/IoT experience.
