Senior Software Engineer

Senior individual contributor role on Shared Services team at Justworks, owning and operating the Temporal platform for multi-tenant readiness. Responsibilities include hardening the Temporal cluster, defining SLOs, building golden paths for workflow development, enabling multi-cluster availability, and partnering with tenant teams. Requires deep hands-on experience with self-hosted Temporal in production.

5+ years professional software engineering, 2+ years hands-on production experience operating self-hosted Temporal (hard requirement), experience with distributed systems at scale, Temporal internals, Kubernetes, Golang proficiency, and leading technical migrations. Coachable: specific language beyond Go, cloud flavor, formal migration title.
