Staff Machine Learning Engineer, GAI Search Relevance - Moveworks

We are looking for a search relevance engineer to work on improving a search-based question answering platform. The role involves crafting new ranking features, developing algorithm frameworks, designing tooling for parallel experiments, and developing metrics to evaluate ranking performance. You will partner with product, UX, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver elegant solutions.

First-hand experience in traditional information retrieval techniques or machine learning based ranking models. Capable of deriving insights from query logs analysis. Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning. Nice to have: Experience in Golang.
