Product Engineers at Hadrian own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to shipping and operating software for autonomous factories. They build full-stack products using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Go, and Python, working directly with users in aerospace and defense. No prior manufacturing experience required. The role involves 0-to-1 product development, system design, and close collaboration with operators.

Deep software engineering experience with full-stack applications and large codebases. Strong system design skills for services, APIs, and data models. Extreme product intuition and 0-to-1 track record. Direct work with users and clear communication. AI native with bias to action. Preferred: founder or founding engineer experience, product ownership without PM, operations tooling, forward deployed experience, visible body of work.
