Member of Technical Staff

We are hiring a Member of Technical Staff to design, develop, and maintain sandboxed RL environments for agentic AI training, including terminal emulators, browser automation, and tool-augmented workspaces. This role involves writing production-quality infrastructure, integrating with RL tooling, and collaborating with data operations to ensure robust environments.

2+ years professional software engineering experience, strong Python and systems-level language (Go, Rust, C++), containerization/sandboxing (Docker, Podman, Firecracker), familiarity with RL concepts, experience building developer tooling or infrastructure automation, comfort with browser automation or terminal interaction, strong debugging skills, ability to implement from academic papers.
