Lead Engineer - Product Catalog Team

Lead Engineer responsible for the technical direction of Stitch Fix's product catalog systems, including product onboarding, attribute management, data enrichment, validation workflows, and product readiness tooling. Owns complex problem spaces from discovery to delivery, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

3+ years software engineering experience, Bachelor's in engineering or CS, experience with large-scale production systems, data platforms, or workflow tools, fluency in modern programming languages like Go/Java/Ruby/Python, proven track record of driving initiatives from discovery to delivery, experience with relational databases and cloud platforms, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
