Tech Lead Manager

The Tech Lead Manager oversees technical direction and project execution within the engineering team. They combine hands-on software expertise with cross-functional collaboration, leading and mentoring engineers. Responsibilities include setting technical objectives, partnering with Product and Design, owning architecture, running code reviews, reducing technical debt, tracking industry trends, and building a culture of collaboration.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum Experience: 5 years owning AI data workflows from raw ingestion through production-level models. Skills: 4 years at fintech startups in investment space, 3 years leading teams building core software products including buy-side or market data platforms, 1 year with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code), experience with Golang or Python, and experience with LLM systems, reasoning engines,
