Build and maintain Golang backend services for an AI-driven investment platform. Design APIs and data pipelines, improve performance and reliability, debug production issues. Work closely with AI and product teams. End-to-end ownership. In-office London. Focus on scale, data complexity, and latency in finance. Ship production-grade systems, own critical services, influence architecture.

Must have 5+ years backend engineering experience with strong Golang in production systems. Startup experience on a core product. Experience with data-heavy systems. Fintech or investment domain exposure. Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools daily. Nice-to-haves include supporting ML or LLM systems, distributed systems, or low-latency data pipelines.
