Senior Network Security Engineer, Operational Technology

CoreWeave is seeking an OT Security Engineer to join its Network Security team, responsible for safeguarding operational technologies that support datacenter networks. The role involves identifying cybersecurity risks, designing and launching security solutions, and embedding controls into operational systems. Responsibilities include establishing security standards for OT networks, creating inventory and risk registers, executing penetration testing, coordinating vulnerability mitigation, and,

5+ years of experience in network infrastructure security. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Go, Python, C/C++). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE are advantageous. Experience with OT networks, strong technical knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and defense in depth. Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, excellent communication, and work independently.
