Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Agentic Applications

Lead technical architecture for Databricks' Quote-to-Cash domain, building first-party agentic applications on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Own end-to-end architecture from quote to cash, design LLM-powered agents for deal guidance, quote generation, and approval insights. Ensure agent reliability, human-in-the-loop controls, and financial integrity. Mentor engineers and partner with cross-functional teams.

12+ years software engineering experience with technical leadership. 3+ years building LLM/agentic applications in production. Strong backend and distributed systems skills. Experience with human-in-the-loop systems. Full-stack fluency (React/TypeScript, Python/Java/Scala/Go). Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders. Experience mentoring engineers.
