Enterprise Applied AI Leader

Mercor is hiring an Enterprise Applied AI Leader to lead the technical delivery team for deploying its Enterprise AI platform. This customer-facing role involves partnering with enterprise clients, translating workflows into AI solutions, and managing engineers. Success is measured by customer outcomes and commercial impact. The role sits within Applied AI (Forward Deployed Engineering) and requires deep technical credibility and leadership.

5+ years building production software systems (Python, Go, Java, Rust, etc.), 2+ years managing technical teams, proven track record in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise software/AI, experience with distributed systems and cloud-native applications, ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and executives, and leadership in ambiguous environments.
