Engineering Manager, Enterprise Applied AI

Mercor's Enterprise AI organization is hiring an Applied AI Lead to build and scale the technical delivery team for deploying their Enterprise AI platform. This customer-facing engineering leadership role involves leading engineers in end-to-end technical delivery of production-grade AI systems, partnering with customers, and co-leading with an operations counterpart. The role is full-time and based in San Francisco, NYC, or London. Success is measured by customer outcomes and commercial impact.

5+ years building production software systems with strong fundamentals in Python, Go, Java, Rust, or similar. 2+ years directly managing technical teams. Proven track record leading customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise software or AI products. Deep experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications. Ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and executives. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and maintain high execution velocity.
