As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Marketplace team, you will build models and decision systems for search, ranking, candidate-job matching, recommendations, and allocation across a global talent network. This applied ML role directly impacts product and revenue, working on problems like sparse labels, cold start, and optimizing speed, quality, and conversion.

Strong track record of shipping ML systems into production. Experience with ranking, recommendation, search, matching, or marketplace problems. Good judgment on model design, objective functions, evaluation, and tradeoffs. Comfort across the full applied ML stack: data, features, training, inference, iteration. Strong engineering fundamentals and bias toward simple, robust systems.
