About the role
Build and operate systems bridging frontier AI research and data delivery. Own end-to-end projects including data creation pipelines, synthetic data generation, and model-adjacent infrastructure. Partner with frontier AI labs and internal teams to ship applied AI solutions.
Requirements
Backend engineering fundamentals in Python/Go/Rust, experience with model training/inference, statistical analysis and experimental design for model performance, familiarity with LLM evaluation methods, comfort with ambiguity and iterative shipping. Enjoys ownership and customer-facing problem solving.
