AI Software Engineer II

As an AI Software Engineer II at Relativity Space, you will help build AI systems for the rocket factory and launch operations. You will work across the full software development lifecycle: concept, design, implementation, and iteration. Build AI-powered applications and agents on foundation models, follow agile practices, and collaborate directly with users and stakeholders. Technologies include Python, React, TypeScript, Go, and foundation models like Claude.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering field. 3 to 5 years of experience building and shipping applications. Practical experience with large language models (agents, RAG, tool use, evaluation). Hands-on LLM development. Experience designing with non-software stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant programming languages.
