DRW is seeking an AI Platform Team Lead to lead a newly formed team overseeing AI Platform Engineering and AI Support & Enablement. The role involves managing a dual-focus team, overseeing technical vision for federated management plane, translating support insights into engineering requirements, and acting as primary DRI connecting cloud, SaaS, and on-premise AI hardware.

Requirements

Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, strong architectural background in distributed systems, API gateway management, and Go/Python, strategic mindset for operational governance and cost-control, ability to navigate ambiguity and transition prototypes to stable platforms.
