Security Engineer, Application Security

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous humanoid robots. We are seeking a Security Engineer to join the Security & Privacy team, focusing on security of the robot and associated backend services. The role includes conducting security assessments, designing mitigations, building frameworks to prevent vulnerabilities, and championing security and privacy.

Candidates should have experience in several application security domains including penetration testing and vulnerability research, strong software engineering skills in languages like C/C++, Rust, Golang, or Python, experience securing embedded systems (secure boot, OTA), a solid foundation in web/mobile security or cryptography, ability to collaborate and work independently, a BS in Computer Science or equivalent, and 3+ years in application security.
