Security Engineer, Detection and Response

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. They are hiring a Security Engineer to join the Security & Privacy team, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing detection and response tooling. Responsibilities include central logging, alerting, threat hunting, incident response, and threat intelligence analysis.

Experience in detection and response areas: digital forensics, malware analysis, incident management, host/network intrusion detection, threat intelligence. Demonstrated threat hunting and automation logic. Strong software engineering in C/C++, Rust, Golang, Python. Knowledge of OS internals (Linux, Windows, macOS) and cloud detection (Azure, GCP, AWS). 6+ years security monitoring experience, BS in CS or equivalent, excellent communication.
