Senior Software Engineer - Email Channel at Customer.io. Own the email channel end-to-end, building frontend campaign creation/analytics and scaling backend messaging systems. Work across stack with Go, React, Ember, AI. Collaborate with domain experts. No email experience required. Value systems thinking and product craft.
Requirements
7+ years building scalable distributed systems in Go or similar. Experience with React frontend, high-throughput async APIs, cloud-native (AWS/GCP), relational databases (MySQL), observability, production systems. Bias for action. Nice to have: email infrastructure knowledge (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability).
