About the role
Algolia is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for the Dashboard Platform team. The role involves building core features of the Algolia Dashboard, developing infrastructure tools using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS on cloud providers, and improving developer experience. The team aims to empower developers to ship frontend features with great customer experience at scale.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with AI coding agents. Rigor in code quality and automated testing. Care about Developer Experience. Strong English skills. Experience with high-growth environments (10k+ customers, $50-200M ARR). Nice to have: Go, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
