We are seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer TL/M - Software Development to join our PaaS team. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers while also contributing to technical execution — defining designs, driving key features, and writing code alongside your team. You will balance engineering leadership with individual technical contributions, owning both people management responsibilities and product components. Requirements

10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on contributions to large-scale distributed systems. 3+ years in engineering leadership roles, with direct experience managing engineers and driving team outcomes. Strong knowledge of Golang and building gRPC-based microservices. Deep experience with Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Domain experience in network routing and network security. Experience designing and operating a PaaS/SaaS product at scale. A
