Staff Engineer, Karlo Platform

The role involves owning and hardening the LangGraph-based agent hosting infrastructure for the Karlo platform, designing a shared evaluation framework, shipping production-ready shared services (authentication, billing, integration), owning checkpointing and context memory, instrumenting the platform end-to-end, building SDKs and onboarding tooling, and partnering with agent teams. 7-10 years software engineering including 2+ years production AI/agentic systems; deep LangGraph production experience; command of agentic design patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute); strong LLM foundations; experience with evaluation and observability; backend fundamentals in TypeScript, Golang a plus; cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, CI/CD; experience building shared platform infrastructure; B.S. in CS or equivalent; AdTech experience a plus.
