Requirements

5+ years software engineering with distributed systems, 3+ years building production-grade systems. Hands-on LLM/Agentic AI in production. Ability to operate in ambiguity, product/systems thinking. Familiarity with AI safety. Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python and cloud-native infrastructure. Cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: multi-agent systems, agent platforms, evaluation frameworks, AI safety, retrieval systems.
