Requirements
4+ years of production software experience, backend architecture (databases, cloud, APIs), infrastructure deployment, strongly-typed languages (Java, C#, Go) and scripting (Python, Ruby). High ownership, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration. Bonus: Python/AWS, payments/financial software, microservices. Must align with values, meet East Africa timezone overlap, travel 1-2 times/year.
