Technical Services Engineer

As part of MongoDB Support, you will work directly with largest customers on complex, mission-critical challenges. You'll become skilled in core MongoDB and develop expertise in performance, scalability, security, or data modeling. You'll combine technical rigor with empathy, communicate clearly under pressure, advocate for customer needs, keep critical deployments online, and turn experience into learning through knowledge articles and mentoring.

Ideal candidate has strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, experience supporting large-scale database-backed enterprise applications, familiarity with database administration (RDBMS/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S), security concepts, scripting/coding, and communication skills. Preferred: MongoDB products, DevOps, authentication, observability, AI.
