About the role
Second Front Systems (2F) is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to join their UK team, focusing on DevSecOps for the Game Warden platform. The role involves building and managing CI/CD pipelines, deploying secure cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Pulumi (Go), integrating SIEM tooling, and working directly with UK government and defence stakeholders. The position requires Developed Vetting (DV) clearance eligibility.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5-7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, systems engineering, and software development, with senior-level expertise in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Golang is required. Familiarity with UK compliance frameworks (MOD Secure by Design, JSP 453, NCSC Cloud Security Principles) and experience in air-gapped/classified environments are essential.
