Engineering Manager

Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and scaling the Game Warden platform, enabling secure software delivery to government environments. The role involves driving technical execution, mentoring engineers, collaborating with Product, Platform, and Security teams, and contributing to engineering processes as the company scales. This is a mission-driven opportunity at the intersection of technology and national security.

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing technical teams. Demonstrated success leading distributed teams in high-growth or startup environments. Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance preferred.
