Director, Software Engineering

Lead the engineering organization for Twenty's flagship analyst product, deployed across cloud and customer private cloud. Manage engineering managers, drive org design, own technical roadmap, and ensure delivery quality. Partner with product and VP Engineering. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

8+ years software engineering, 5+ years engineering management including 3+ years managing managers. Experience owning multi-team execution, org design, cloud and on-premises deployments, partnering with product, supervising hiring. Must be eligible for U.S. security clearance. Preferred: defense/intel experience, graph databases, enterprise features, secure development, scaling orgs.
