Lead the Data Marketplace Team building the signal engine that aligns cyber capability supply with operational demand. Own technical roadmap, manage cross-disciplinary engineers, and ensure delivery of a trustworthy marketplace for government buyers. Player-coach role with occasional hands-on contributions. This is a data-intensive, marketplace-oriented role with customer, vendor, privacy, and security considerations.

5+ years professional software engineering experience, 3-5 years engineering management, experience leading mixed-discipline teams, strong technical breadth across modern web platforms and backend services, ability to obtain U.S. security clearance. Preferred: experience in defense/intelligence/cybersecurity, marketplace systems, graph databases, data products, privacy/security systems, enterprise features, cyber operations.
