Forward Deployed Data Engineer – TS/SCI (Full Scope Poly)

This role involves building and operating data integrations for Twenty's mission-critical cyber operations platform in a restricted, air-gapped environment at a government customer site in Northern Virginia. The engineer will design software extensions to retrieve, process, and integrate new data sources, monitor data pipelines, debug production issues, and work closely with the customer's deployment team. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph and is full-time on

5+ years data engineering or software engineering with data focus. Strong Python or Go. Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, NiFi, etc.). Strong SQL and schema design. Debugging production data systems. Forward deployed or field engineering experience. Ability to work on-site full-time at a government facility in Northern Virginia. Preferred: data lake/query tech (Iceberg, Trino, Spark), streaming (Kafka, NATS), observability (Grafana), air-gapped environments, military/intel back
