Engineering Manager

Lead a team of talented engineers on the Gamification team at PrizePicks, the fastest-growing sports company. Build the most rewarding experience for millions of loyal members. Partner with product, design, marketing, data, and engineering leaders to plan and deliver new features that strengthen member engagement and retention. Set a high bar for execution and engineering excellence.

4+ years managing a team of 5+ engineers. Strong understanding of distributed backend systems and user-facing features, ideally gamification. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Track record building and shipping mission-critical B2C systems. Experience driving incidents and post-mortems. Preferred: experience with feature-gates, A/B testing, and hands-on in JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, or Golang.
