Engineering Manager, SupportX

The SupportX team builds AI-powered fan support. As manager, you'll lead backend, frontend, and AI engineers, own technical vision for support tools, iterate on fan experience, perform code reviews, provide feedback, work with product, select vendors, and contribute to recruiting.

5+ years engineering experience, 2+ years engineering management, proven track record leading teams to ship industry-leading UX, experience with customer support software preferred, ability to foster inclusive environments, comfortable operating without a playbook, strong communication skills, knowledge of tech industry and support tools, experience with custom support tools and AI agent optimization.
