Engineering Manager, Core Engineering

Manage one or more teams in core engineering, guiding them to transform a strong technical foundation into a resilient, user-focused product. Own transversal core engineering domain, maintain operational excellence, drive tactical and strategic vision. Provide code and architecture reviews, recruit, give performance feedback, and collaborate with technical and product counterparts to form compelling vision.

Proven experience building and leading lean teams, fostering inclusive environments, shaping complex roadmaps, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, knowledge of technology industry, experience as an engineer with hands-on experience in distributed systems, container orchestration, and tooling across tech stack including TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C#, Go, GitLab, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, Fastly, Kong, Cilium.
