About the role
CoreWeave's Fleet Engineering organization seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow-heavy products used by data center technicians and operations engineers. Responsibilities include owning delivery end-to-end, driving reliability, and setting technical direction through design reviews.
Requirements
8+ years software engineering experience, 4+ years managing full-stack teams shipping production web apps with TypeScript/React and Go or similar. Proven delivery of software products. Experience owning production services. Technical depth for design reviews. Hiring and mentoring experience. Strong process and cross-functional communication. Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent.
