Engineering Manager (Agent Engine)

Perplexity is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the Agent Engine team, which designs and builds powerful agentic experiences including Perplexity Computer, Comet ecosystem, and Agent API. The role involves providing technical leadership, developing cutting-edge AI systems, driving product reliability, and overseeing hiring and mentorship.

Strong foundational familiarity with the AI systems stack, proficiency in Python, domain knowledge in at least one of harness engineering, agent skills, model training, or browser technologies, strong technical intuition, organizational skills, 8+ years engineering experience with at least 3 as an engineering manager.
