Staff Software Engineer (React Native)

PrizePicks, a leading daily fantasy sports platform, seeks a Staff Software Engineer to join the Overall Game Experience team. The role involves designing, building, and owning critical features in the React Native mobile app, including developer tooling, CI/CD, large-scale refactors, and app performance. The engineer will set technical direction, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategy with business objectives.

8-10 years of professional software engineering experience with production React Native at scale; proven ownership of complex technical initiatives; deep expertise in TypeScript, React Native, Expo, monorepo tooling, CI/CD for mobile, and testing strategies (Jest, Maestro). Strong communication, autonomy, and experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred.
