Security Engineer, Infrastructure Security

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for voice-driven AI, serving companies like OpenAI and Salesforce. We are hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Trust team to map and improve the security posture of our production cloud platform. You will own parts of the program from day one: identify gaps, prioritize remediation, harden identity and network boundaries, secure tenant isolation for customer-deployed agents, and build guardrails in infrastructure as code.

5+ years in security engineering, infrastructure engineering or SRE with focus on infrastructure security. Hands-on experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes. Proven track record of owning infrastructure security for a production platform. Proficiency with Terraform and scripting in Go or Python. Pragmatic approach to risk. Nice-to-have: experience with real-time media/WebRTC, AI security, incident response, or compliance audits (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
