Technical Lead, Build and Release Infrastructure, Production Engineering

Everpure is seeking a Technical Lead for Build and Release Infrastructure within Production Engineering. This role involves leading the technical direction for build systems, Purity OS packaging, and release infrastructure. Responsibilities include driving architecture for scalable build workflows, improving CI/CD, artifact publishing, and build observability. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with build systems, Linux packaging, and leadership skills.

5+ years experience in C, C++, Python, Go, Java; strong software engineering fundamentals; deep experience with modern build, CI, and developer workflow systems; strong Linux systems and software packaging knowledge; strong Shell and Python skills; experience optimizing build performance; experience leading technical projects across multiple teams; ability to mentor engineers; strong communication skills; BS in Computer Science or related field.
