Lead technical direction for Platform Engineering at InterSystems. Architect internal platforms, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities. Mentor engineers, improve developer productivity and platform reliability across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field. 8+ years of software, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering experience. Must have led complex technical initiatives across multiple systems or teams. Skilled in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash; cloud infra, CI/CD, build systems, IaC, containers, observability, and AI for dev workflows.
