About the role

Echodyne is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure development and deployment practices across the software and systems stack. This high-impact role involves owning the DevOps space, managing CI/CD pipelines, defining SecOps strategy, building secure pipelines, and ensuring compliance with defense and commercial security standards, all while enabling rapid innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years of progressive DevOps/Security experience, including 3+ years in a Principal/Staff/Lead architectural role. Proven track record of large-scale migrations to cloud-native CI/CD, proficiency with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes/Docker, deep scripting expertise (Python, Go, Bash), comprehensive security understanding (OWASP Top 10), and exceptional communication skills.
