8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale build systems, 1+ years of people management, deep Bazel expertise including custom rules and Starlark, experience with monorepo build graph complexity, understanding of hermeticity and caching, remote caching/execution (BuildBuddy, EngFlow, etc.), proficiency in C++, Python, Go, or TypeScript, CI/CD and DevOps experience, ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and clear communication skills.
