Software Engineer - Internal Platform

As an early member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will be pivotal in building internal infrastructure to support our engineering organization. Your focus will be on creating robust internal systems that amplify productivity, collaboration, and quality across all engineering teams by providing exceptional tooling, efficient workflows, and robust development environments. Strong-level proficiency in Go and/or Python. Experience with Kubernetes/Docker tooling (e.g., Helm, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience managing and working with large monorepos. Bonus points for familiarity with tools such as Bazel, Pants, Moon, Turborepo, etc. Advanced understanding of CI/CD concepts. Excellent developer tool culture with a focus on best practices. Bonus points if you have personally developed open-source developer tools.
