About the role
Dragos seeks a Staff AI/ML Engineer to design and implement production ML systems for ICS/OT cybersecurity. The role involves building ML models for threat detection, anomaly detection, and NLP, working with Data Engineers and product teams. The engineer will drive ML infrastructure improvements, optimize model performance, and contribute to automated testing and deployment in a remote-first environment.
Requirements
6+ years engineering experience with 4+ years in production ML. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one additional language (Go, Rust, Java). Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and MLOps. Familiarity with data engineering, Kubernetes, Docker. Cybersecurity domain knowledge, especially in threat detection or ICS/OT, is beneficial.
