Senior Software Engineer

Dragos is the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend community, building the leading xOT Security Platform. The role involves designing and implementing robust systems in Rust, optimizing architectures, and participating in all phases of development. We are a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

Minimum qualifications: 5+ years backend systems experience, cybersecurity experience, 3+ years in relational databases (Postgres), NoSQL (Elasticsearch), microservices architecture, Rust proficiency or willingness to learn, experience integrating with third party devices and data providers, and incorporating AI tools. Additional qualifications include distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, observability (Prometheus, Grafana), CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), secure coding, Kotlin/Go/Python, mentoring,
